Positive: Everything! The room was so more than we expected. It was super clean, the towls and bed linen were of good quality and everything was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was even coffee and tea in the mornings that you could help yourself with - so special. Very good value for money!!! Yanna the owner made sure from before arrival that you are informed about check-in and everything you need to know. She is super friendly and we think this hotel should get 11 out of 10 for service and friendliness. We were sad to go and should have stayed longer. What a gem!

Positive: I think this was the most beautiful acommodation that I have ever stayed in. We loved every single second of it and I am dreaming if coming back and staying in the same exact room. The hotel is located at the very end of Loutro which I think is a great advantage since not as many people are there and it is pretty cozy and silent compared to other parts. Everything was super clean and new, the room is amazing and the view is breathtaking, I like to think we had the best room in Loutro. Cats are everywhere and we loved that they are taken care of. We loved the little coffee table in thw morning and the place to sit in front of the hotel. I do not know what else to say beside I am in love and I am so so so gratefuk that I could experience this. Plus when se asked to owner for help with how to get back to Chania they quickly answered all our question which is just amazing. 💖

Positive: I loved everything ! Perfect location right next to the beach. The manager was always in contact with me and helped anytime we had any questions. The building was so pretty white with blue trim however the inside was completely remodeled looking beachy modern. The views are all seaside gorgeous!

Positive: Absolutely everything We stayed here 7 years ago, loved it and couldn't wait to come back. Since then it has been tastefully renovated (not that it was dilapidated before). We had a top floor room with balcony again. Fantastic view across Loutro and magical morning sun. The bed was large and very comfortable. Like MOST Greek bathrooms there was no shower curtain. If that bothers you don't come to Greece. The 2 ladies working there and Yanna who I was in touch with were delightful and very helpful. We wanted to cry when we left.

Positive: The location is wonderful. Balcony just wonderful to sit on Comfortable bed Good shower/towel Good access to nice cafe for breakfast and sunbeds Staff so friendly No tv was a great way to disconnect
Negative: Bathroom door would not shut Coffee, tea offered downstairs of a morning but kettle would have been great especially if you would like a hot drink during night or early morning Wifi not so great
